There are five specific categories I would like to mention that can make a huge difference in fine-tuning your supplementation protocol. These categories are as follows:

2. Gain Mass/ Anabolic protocol

If you are serious about putting on lean muscle mass pay close attention to the following details. For the body to be in an anabolic (growth) state it must be fed every three hours the right amounts of protein, carbohydrates and fats. You must get proper rest including at least eight hours of quality sleep. You must drink enough fluids. This includes ½ of your body weight in ounces of water. We recommend Vivo water.
