There are five specific categories I would like to mention
that can make a huge difference in fine-tuning your

that means you are holding on to about 8-11% above what is
ideal to complete in most sports. If we use 10% as the
number we wish to lose, that equates to 14-16 pounds of fat
weight. To be on the safe side, about a 3% drop in body fat
weight per month is recommended. This is about a 5 pound fat
loss in 30 days. If you are increasing your lean body mass
while dropping fat you will not see much loss in scale
weight but you will see a dramatic difference in
functional lean weight, how your clothes fit you, your overall
quickness and how you look in the mirror. To keep the body
in a fat burning mode for thirty days you must eat with
balance in mind. Big meals, skipping meals, a lot of junk
foods and sugary drinks should be avoided. Stick with eating
small balanced meals every 3-4 hours consisting of high
quality choices of proteins, carbohydrates and fats. See

2. Gain Mass/ Anabolic protocol
If you are serious about putting on lean muscle
mass pay close attention to the following details.
For the body to be in an anabolic (growth) state
it must be fed every three hours the right amounts of
protein, carbohydrates and fats. You must get proper
rest including at least eight hours of quality
sleep. You must drink enough fluids. This
